What this site is

Sprintunit is an education and advisory studio operated by Ofelia Hartmann, F. R. Kreutzwaldi 4, Tallinn, Estonia (Estonian registry code 16341885). The site publishes guides, a public term dictionary, essays, and studio notes. Everything here is educational material; readers decide for themselves how to act on it. The studio does not handle client assets, does not execute orders of any kind, and does not offer financial services of any sort — the work begins and ends with explanation.

Who it serves

The material is written for teams and organisations. We deliberately do not build material for private individuals, and the site makes that plain rather than burying it in the fine print.

Using the material

You may quote public pages with a link back. Guides prepared for a specific client belong to that client’s private archive. Do not reprint public pages wholesale, frame them inside another site, or present them as your own work.

Correspondence

Forms on the site compose an email in your own mail app; nothing sends until you press send there. Anything you transmit is handled under the privacy policy.

Availability

The site is provided as-is. We keep it readable and current, but a page may lag, a link may rot, and the archive may move. Report faults to [email protected] and they get fixed in the next sprint.

Limits of liability

Educational material describes how things work; decisions you make after reading are yours. Within what the law permits, the studio is not liable for outcomes that follow from the use of the guides. Nothing here promises a particular outcome of any kind.

Governing law

These terms sit under Estonian law, and disputes belong in the courts of Tallinn.

Changes

When the terms change, the version number and date at the top move. Continuing to use the site after a revision means the new version applies.
